#AYearOfBuses 143: Coastliner Leeds – Scarborough

Today on #AYearOfBuses, we’re heading back into #CoastlinerCountry one more time!

Coastliner’s 843 is the sister route to Britain’s Most Scenic Bus Route, the 840 (which we featured back on day 40 on #AYearOfBuses). The 840 may have won over the public vote, but the 843 is no less scenic! Upon leaving Malton for the East Coast, the route takes in the quaint villages of Norton, Rillington and Staxton, before rolling down into the coastal town of Scarborough, with its two stunning bays.

Recently, Coastliner unveiled a combined ticket deal with East Yorkshire to coincide with their recently relaunched brands on the East Coast.
