Like most bus operators, Go North West was struggling to attract women to join the bus industry, so set a target to double the number of women in its workforce by 2025.
We created this high profile campaign, featuring bespoke photography, eye-catching graphics, a series of staff profiles, press releases, media interviews, out of home, leaflets, social media and more.
The campaign was picked up by a host of media outlets including BBC Radio Manchester and national trade press. Though Go North West set a target to double female representation by 2025, it set a blistering pace as a result of our campaign, smashing their recruitment target in just six months.
