Yesterday, we featured a Lothian bus route – and today, we’re featuring another! It’s day 323 on #AYearOfBuses.
Yesterday, we took a look at the 22, which runs roughly east-west through the city. Today’s winner is the 23, running from the fashionable district of Trinity in the north of the city, through the city centre, to Greenbank, in the south.
The 23 passes close to the Royal Botanic Garden, founded in 1670 as a physic garden. It’s now a world renowned centre for plant science, horticulture and education, boasting a rich living collection of plants.
