#AYearOfBuses 320: the pops Warrington – Orford

We’re 320 days in on #AYearOfBuses – and would you believe it, this is the first time we’ve featured a Warrington bus route!

‘The pops’ are two circular routes, the 20 and 21, which run clockwise and anti-clockwise respectively from Warrington Interchange to and from Orford, along Poplars Avenue – hence the name.

The pops have been born out of a renewed focus on branding and quality in Warrington – with the municipal bus company rebranding as ‘Warrington’s Own Buses’, and the introduction of the Cheshire Cat brand in addition to the pops.
