#AYearOfBuses 165: Totnes – Broadhempston

We’re taking a look at another country bus route today on #AYearOfBuses – from erm, Country Bus!

Country Bus Devon’s rural route 165 links the market town of Totnes, at the head of the estuary of the River Dart, with the village parishes of Landscove and Broadhempston, around 4 miles north of Totnes.

To get there, the 165 takes a winding, country route through the heart of Devon, passing the parish of Staverton, complete with its pristine, untouched nature reserve – a wildlife paradise woodland of huge ecological importance, virtually untouched by humans or agriculture.
