#AYearOfBuses 331: Lincoln – Sleaford

Welcome to day 331 on #AYearOfBuses, and to a place we haven’t visited very often in this series – Lincoln.

Stagecoach’s 31 runs from the small, historic city of Lincoln – home of Lincoln Castle and Steep Hill, one of the steepest streets in England – to Sleaford via a winding, scenic route through the Lincolnshire countryside.

Along the way, the 31 visits the delightful, ancient village of Metheringham, documented in the Domesday Book of 1086 and thought to date from Saxon times.
