#AYearOfBuses 326: Llandudno – Great Orme

It’s day 326 on #AYearOfBuses – and today’s winner is one of the shortest routes we’ve ever featured!

Arriva Wales’ 26 runs from Llandudno town centre, to the summit of the Great Orme, the limestone headland off the northwest coast of Llandudno. The 26 might be one of our shortest routes, but it climbs over 200 metres to the top of the Great Orme!

At the top, you’ll find the terminus of the fantastically unique, cable-hauled Great Orme Tramway, and also that of the 1969 Llandudno Cable Car.
