#AYearOfBuses 244: Great Malvern – Worcester

It’s day 244 on #AYearOfBuses, and we’re taking a trip to The Malverns, in the heart of the Midlands.

First Worcester’s 44 links Great Malvern with the cathedral city of Worcester via Malvern Link, using a fleet of branded, high spec Wright Streetdecks with buses running every 15 mins.

Branded as ‘The Malverns’, the 44 begins at the foot of the stunning, rolling Malvern Hills at the Great Malvern area of the spa town of Malvern. Great Malvern is home to many local attractions, including Great Malvern Priory and the remains of its 11th-century Benedictine monastery.
