It’s the second scenic route we’ve featured from Norfolk-based independent, Sanders Coaches today on #AYearOfBuses – it’s day 210.
Sanders route 210 takes the ‘scenic’ route – in both senses of the word – between Norwich, Swanton Abbott and North Walsham. There’s a faster, more direct route, the 55/X55 (also ran by Sanders), but the 210 takes more of a leisurely stroll through the villages of North Norfolk.
Along the way is the village of Badersfield, formerly the mini-town built as part of RAF Coltishall, which now functions as a humongous solar power plant capable of generation 32 Megawatts of power – or enough to power 10,000 homes.
