Today’s winner on #AYearOfBuses is a relative newcomer to the scene, but it’s soon to become one of the capital’s most high profile bus routes.
The 94 began its life in September 1990, when it was introduced to replace part of the 88 between Acton Green and Oxford Circus. One of London’s 24 hour bus routes, it’s been in the hands of London United since its inception.
In December 2019, it’ll be converted to electric operation, with a fleet of zero-emission Alexander Dennis Enviro400 EV City double deckers.
