#AYearOfBuses 174: High Wycombe – Slough

It’s day 174 on #AYearOfBuses, and we’re taking a look at First Berkshire’s fast bus to Slough – the X74.

The X74 links High Wycombe with Slough, home of Ricky Gervais’ smash hit comedy, The Office, in just 50 mins. From High Wycombe, it takes the A40 and M40 to Beaconsfield, before dropping down through Farnham and into Slough itself.

Together with fast connections to Heathrow available from the centre of Slough, the X74 creates a real alternative to the train for commuters and holiday makers from Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
