It’s been a while since we featured a Scottish bus route on #AYearOfBuses, so today, we’re putting that right!
The 22 is one of Edinburgh’s busiest – and most frequent – bus routes, with buses running up to every 7 mins through the day between the Ocean Terminal shopping centre, Edinburgh city centre and the Gyle Centre shopping centre.
25 brand new Wright Gemini 3-bodied Volvo B5TLs were delivered for the 22 in 2016, featuring roomier seats, USB power, spotlights above the seats and more.
